SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS :

Shipping : we always carefully pack our products, and provide a tracking number. Once your order is dispatched, we are no longer responsible for lost, held, damaged packages, or any kind of error from carrier.


IMPORTANT : For weapon related products SHIPPED OUTSIDE E.U. (replicas, dummy ammunitions, accessories, etc.) :

We ship worldwide from France. However, please check the export/import custom regulations from France to your country before ordering. We will not be held responsible in the following cases :

1. If the parcel is held in customs because the products you buy are considered as "weapon related" > no refund will be issued.
2. If the content of the parcel is delivered to you missing or damaged after a parcel / product check by customs > no refund will be issued.
3. If the content of the parcel is returned to us by customs unaltered and resellable > we will issue full refund for the cost of the product(s), minus the shipping costs.
4. If the content of the parcel is returned to us by customs damaged / altered and non-resellable > no refund will be issued.

ℹ️ Although such situations are not systematic, they may happen randomly (~10% of the time) for outside-E.U. shippings. Take responsibility.

No returns will be accepted.

PRODUCTION TIME :

Most of our products are 100% handcrafted, and therefore requires a certain production time. 1 product could be done in 1 day, but you have to understand that we are a small company having to manage dozens of orders at the same time in the production agenda. Usually for complex products (mostly made out of resin), consider 10 to 15 business days for your order to be shipped. If you order several pieces, add a little bit more delay.
